えいご丼 〜３分英語日記〜

As you know I said, I sometimes drove a short distance with my family for this summer, and that was mostly shopping area. When we went to a big mall called "Lala port", it ran a Hero Show in the central square. There were many people around the stage, and most of them were families with small children. That was to be expected, the popular hero "SHINKENJA-" show was running at that time, and it was also my kids favorite. We watched the show standing up at a distance because around the stage was too crowded and many people had to stand. "Wow, it's too muggy! It's too hard to stand here for a long time. Why don't we go away right now?". Though I asked to my kids, they did close their ears. Oh, gee. It was a hot day, steaming! After they let off steam, I needed to let off steam. "Let's go eat sushi!" X(

ドライブがてら、ららぽーとに行ってみると、中央広場で「シンケンジャー・ショー」をやっていました。「がんばれ〜!!」と叫びながら、ヒーローの活躍でストレスを発散する子供たち。でも会場は夏の炎天下。あ、暑ちい!!!!　パパもストレスを解消しなきゃ!!　ってことでお昼は奮発してお寿司にしましたとさ。(;´▽｀)ゞ

Hi there. How have you been? I can't complain, I didn't have anything special in my summer holidays, but I'll write some memories from this time. ;-)
I didn't take any excursion with my family for this vacation, but we drove to nearby places several times. For example, I went shopping with my daughter to a nearby store and we dropped in a game corner on our way back from shopping. Especially she enjoyed riding a ride like a car, and she really wanted to play the ride again and again. Wow she gave me a big smile! I had no choice though it cost a lot to ride. ;D

遠出もせず、のんびり過ごした夏休み。英語も夏休み。(;´▽｀)ゞ
リハビリ兼ねて、今回からその思い出をちょっとずつ書いていきます。
まずは、近所のゲームコーナーにて。買い物帰りにねだられたんだけど、そんな笑顔をされては財布の紐も緩むってもんです。ヾ(´▽｀)

An old lady in my company worked up until the official retirement age recently. Once, she had worked for the same company with my mom, so she was one of my great senior. I gave her a present with my colleagues, and these cakes were reciprocal gifts from her. "Wow, looks very nice!" I chose a cake with dried fig, and it tasted really good. I appreciate her for working for a long time. "Good luck with the retirement!" ;-)

Hi there. I'm really sorry that I've not written recently because I've been busy playing with my kids. As you know, it is summer and the summer holidays season in my country, so I also began my holidays from last Tuesday! I enjoy playing with my kids everyday, so I can't write anything on this space because I get very tired at day's end. I'll start writing after the end of my summer vacation. Catch you later! ;-)

I want to ask you about TV this time. Can you live without TV? I really don't know whether I can do it or not. Of course I know it is not necessary for our live, but it has much effect on our life. My kids are looking forward to watching Kids program on TV everyday, my wife are watching news show every morning and watching variety show every night. So I think it is one of the essential product in our life. BTW, my TV was recently broken, so I bought a new one in the end. There will be ground wave digital broadcasting starting the year after next, after all, I had to change a DTTV (digital terrestrial television). Oh, the TV and my TV board are too mismatch! I should find a new partner for the newcomer. The life with TV is really costly…X(

８年間愛用したテレビが壊れました。仕方なく新しいテレビを購入したものの、テレビって本当に必要なのかな。無きゃないで生きていけそうだけど、無いと寂しい気もするしな〜。ま、どのみち「地デジ」の準備で買い換えなきゃいけないし、エコポイントが付くし、いいタイミングだったかな？
･･････テレビとテレビ台が笑っちゃうほど不釣合いだけどネ (;´▽｀)ゞ
